TERMS OF THE CUSTOM THEME DESIGNING SERVICE

1. Types of Service

The basic 10 € version of the service includes the theme designing based on the picture that you are providing and color choices that the you make. It may also include basic picture customization but does not include any advanced extra services. The final product (theme) is provided to you as a sis-file. The product is intended for personal use only and it is forbidden to modify, share or sell the file or use it any kind of commercial purposes. For extra fee, you can order advanced customization services for the theme. The extra services are case-specific, based on your wishes and the fee depends on the modifications that will be made.

The service can also be customized for companies, organisations, websites or similar and / or situations where you like to share the theme forward or use it for commercial purposes. The services are modified based on your needs and the prizing will be case-specific depending on the services that will be provided. You have a possibility to receive the product as a sis-file and / or project files and you can modify the product if this is agreed in advance.

2. Content and ownership

The picture that you provide stays as your property. The picture will not be used any other purposes than designing the theme for you. By providing the picture, you assure that you have a right to use the picture and it does not violate any copyrights or laws.

The product (theme) that is provided to individual customers is for personal use only and it is forbidden to modify, share or sell the product or use it any kind of commercial purposes. You can use the theme on multiple devices that you own and take copies of the file for personal use.

If you represent a company, organisation, website or similar and / or want to share the theme forward or use it for commercial purposes, the service can be customized for your needs. These services and the prizing will be discussed separately.

3. Responsibilities and warranty

By making the order you assure that you are a genuine customer and willing to purchase the theme you ordered. You also assure that you have a right to use the picture you provide.

I (as a service provider, representing Sauromatum Design) agree to design the theme based on your picture and color choices. I ensure that the theme I provide is functional and I am willing to fix any obvious bugs it might have without extra fee. However, it is your responsibility to provide a picture and choose the colors that pleases your taste. I will check the basic colors of theme to ensure that the texts are readable, but other than that I will not interfere to your choices. If your order includes basic or advanced customizations, these will be discussed separately and I will provide you screenshots about the modifications before the final product is made.

For companies, organisations, websites or similar and / or situations where you like to share the theme forward or use it for commercial purposes, the terms will be discussed separately based on the type of service you are ordering.

4. Order Handling

After you have send the order by using the form, I will make sure that everything is all right in it and will be contacting you within two (2) business days. I will also inform you if something needs to be changed. At this point we can discuss about the optional advanced customizations. When both of us agree that the order is OK, you pay the theme and I will design it after the payment is received. You will receive the final product usually within seven (7) days after the payment, if not otherwise agreed.

If you represent a company, organisation, website or similar and / or want to share the theme forward or use it for commercial purposes, or the order includes some major customizations, the order handling will be discussed separately.
